Collaborating Centre for the WHO-FIC in Japan Organizational Charter

On September 9, 2011, a consortium of five organizations in Japan was designated as a Collaborating Centre for the WHO-FIC in Japan (“WHO-FIC CC”) by the Regional Director of the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific. The head of the International Classification and Information Management Office, Policy Planning Division, Statistics and Information Department, Minister’s Secretariat, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (“the Japan ICD Office”) was appointed the Head of the Centre (designation period: September 9, 2011 - September 8, 2015). The following is the organizational charter of the Japan ICD Office and the four organizations (Center for Public Health Informatics, National Institute of Public Health; Cancer Information Services and Surveillance Division, National Cancer Center; Japan Hospital Association and Japan Society of Health Information Management, and Terminology and Classification Committee, Japan Society for Oriental Medicine [The Japan Liaison of Oriental Medicine]).
